Preventative Maintenance
Our preventative maintenance services include part replacements (e.g., windows, filters, vacuum pump rebuilds for R series units, or the sample basket window and fan filter for Petra units)

Additionally, our technicians perform software updates as needed, conduct thorough cleaning, and complete radiation surveys to ensure compliance with state regulations. All labor and travel are included.

Extended Warranty Program

Get the same factory warranty for a longer period of time with a one-year or multi-year extended warranty, available at the time of instrument purchase or while the product is still under the standard factory warranty.
