Maintenance is essential for preventing instrument downtime and ensuring maximum performance of your critical systems. 

With our preventative maintenance program, you get more than just a service visit—you also get additional benefits upon request, like on-site user training, software updates, and instrument calibration to increase reliability, ensure peak performance, and extend instrument life.

What’s included
Preventative Maintenance Service
We replace wear parts (e.g., windows, filters, vacuum pump rebuilds), perform software updates, and thoroughly clean your instrument. Labor and travel included.
Performance Evaluation and Calibration

Your XOS service technician will perform a full factory calibration, validate, and verify that all parameters are within specification to ensure your system delivers peak performance.

Operator Training

While on-site, our service technician will provide training and guidance on basic maintenance, instrument operation, and best practices for new and current users. Training can also be arranged upon request.

Annual Radiation Survey

Our technician will conduct a comprehensive radiation survey, ensuring compliance with state regulations. This survey can be submitted to the state and includes checks for proper shielding and interlock functionality to meet XOS safety standards.
