  • First XOS commercial polycapillary optic sold to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology)
  • XOS develops doubly-curved crystal optics technology

  • Launch of Sindie® benchtop analyzer to measure sulfur in petroleum and biofuels
  • Development of subsystem X-Beam™ product
  • Sindie® complies with ASTM D7039 for measuring sulfur in petroleum
