DCC X-Beam™ for Monochromatic Excitation

DCC X-Beam™ is an X-ray excitation system that generates a focused, monochromatic X-ray beam combining a low-powered X-ray tube and an innovative doubly-curved crystal (DCC) optic. This turn-key solution allows end-users or instrument manufacturers to get the optimal performance of the DCC optics without having to deal with the challenging task of aligning the optic. The compact size and ease of use of the DCC X-Beam enable seamless retrofitting with customer instruments.
Typical applications of the DCC X-Beam include, but are not limited to, X-ray diffraction (XRD), monochromatic XRF, and micro-XRF.
