Hubei province is located at the very center of China with a population of 50 million. Its capital, Wuhan, has 10 million citizens. One hundred years ago, Wuhan was well known as the “Oriental Chicago” because of its heavy industry. Hubei is still famous for its manufacturing industries, which are causing a lot of pollution.
