X-Beam: Powerflux PC/PS

The X-Beam® Powerflux PC provides a fully integrated beam solution including an air-cooled X-ray source coupled to a collimating polycapillary optic for powder diffraction applications such as texture, stress, and strain measurements. The parallel beam geometry reduces or removes many sources of errors in peak position and intensity inherent to para-focusing Bragg-Brentano geometry and is ideally suited for irregularly-shaped or unprepared samples.
Typical Powerflux PC Specifications:

X-Beam®: Powerflux PS
The X-Beam® Powerflux PS provides a fully integrated beam solution including an air-cooled X-ray source coupled to a slightly focusing polycapillary optic optimized for applications such as Micro X-ray Diffraction for single crystals and powders.
