XOS-Bartec Benke Distribution Announcement

On May 1, 2007, XOS Inc. and Bartec Benke of Reinbek, Germany, entered into an agreement for the distribution and technical service of the XOS line of process sulfur analyzers, marketed under the SINDIE name. Bartec Benke will be the exclusive sales agent for these on-line analyzers in the territories of Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, Serbia and the United Kingdom.

According to Mr. Berry Beumer, Vice President Sales & Marketing for XOS: “Our customers in the petroleum industry require reliable analytical solutions supported by reputable technical expertise. This agreement with Bartec Benke provides the industry in these geographic areas access to XOS on-line sulfur analyzers supported by Bartec Benke’s expert and customer-focused sales and technical service team.
