SINDIE Bench-Top Analyzer Sales Announcement

March 27, 2007 – Horiba Instruments Inc. (HII) and XOS Inc. have agreed that beginning March 27, 2007, XOS will assume responsibility for sales and distribution of its SINDIE line of bench-top sulfur analyzers for the petroleum industry, in North and South America.

These analyzers, manufactured by XOS, and previously distributed by HII in the Americas, have gained broad industry acceptance as a reliable and capable solution for measuring sulfur concentration in petroleum products such as diesel and gasoline. SINDIE bench-top analyzers meet the requirements of ASTM D 7039.

XOS will now market its line of SINDIE bench-top analyzers in the Americas directly and through a network of sales representatives. XOS will continue to coordinate technical service through its head office in East Greenbush, NY. In other major petroleum markets in the world XOS already markets its petroleum analyzers directly and through a network of sales agents.
